Hey Shift Society 👋 Okay so... we're doing something this week and I'm genuinely excited about it. The Glow up Lab Clarity Mini-Series just dropped in the classroom. Originating from my original PMOS Lab checklist that has been downloaded in the thousands. Six short episodes. Each one covers a piece of your PMOS labs that most people never get explained properly. I will be release one a day this week. ​ And here's the challenge part. ​ Every time you comment under an episode, literally anything, a word, a GIF, one sentence, you earn a point toward Level 2. Balancing self care (physical exercises, reading, writing, etc …playing with grand-children and social activities) with volunteering at a local theatre and living llife chores (plus doing the above with same precious grandkids) we are learning about balance.
