Hey everyone!
Excited to be in here with you! I'm Katie Peacock, Client Ascension Strategist. I help established coaches, consultants and course creators maximize their customer lifetime value so they can generate more revenue from their existing offers and audience. My goal is to help you earn more from work you've already done so you can take a deep breath... and then give yourself a raise. ;) I primarily use AI as a thought partner in my business, to keep me on track towards my goals and redirect me when I start going down a rabbit hole. I recently compiled all of my content from 2025 and did a deep dive with my ChatGPT into my biggest opportunities and new angles for 2026, so looking forward to starting the new year with that insight. Unpopular opinion: AI can't replace what I actually need right now
Don't get me wrong... AI is incredible. I use it daily. It's helped me build systems, write copy, strategize launches, create content. I have access to all the tools, all the best GPTs, all the prompts and frameworks. But here's what AI can't do: It can't look at ALL of my stuff...my offers, my community, my email sequences, my ad copy, my revenue streams, my launch calendar and say "here's the blind spot you're missing because I've been exactly where you are." It can't see the blind spots I don't even know exist. And before you say it can, hear me out.... It can't bring the pattern recognition or the nuanced feedback that only comes from someone who's actually built what I'm trying to build. Who's made the mistakes I'm about to make. Who can see the patterns I can't see because I'm too close to it. I'm not lacking information. I'm not lacking tools. I'm not even lacking execution (honestly, I'm pretty good at taking action). AI gives me information. But sometimes I don't need more information. What I am lacking is perspective. The kind that only comes from human genius who's been where I am and can see what I can't see because I'm too deep in it. And before you say "hire a coach"... if I'm being honest, I'm kind of over the group coaching model right now. I see the value in masterminds and group calls, I do. You get to hear other people's coaching, see what's working for them, build community. But there comes a point where you're just like... I don't want to wait my turn on a group call hoping my question gets answered in 10 minutes. I don't want to give a quick snapshot or share my screen for 5 minutes and get surface-level feedback. I want someone to actually DIG IN. Look at my offers. Look at my positioning. Look at my content. Look at my numbers. Look at what's working and what's not. And tell me exactly what lever to pull next. Not a 6-month coaching container. Not a $15K mastermind. Just... their eyes on my stuff. Their expertise applied to my specific situation.

@Alyssa Kathryn, you've nailed what AI can't quite provide- perspective, experience. I'm fairly new to the online space, so I can't speak about what programs or offers are out there. But for a "stranger" to just come and look at "everything"... that has a cost, especially if they know what they are looking at. I'm not saying the $20k prices are a good ROI, because that would depend on who's making the offer and other variables.. Just look at everything ... feels off.. (one can't feasibly fix or address it all at once) what about narrowing down what isn't working? For overall patterns- - Looking at those that have done what you are doing and learning from their mistakes - A simplified overview of your business would be the place to start. My perspective.. as a newbie to the space, but with an engineering background where we customized solutions.

Sorry for not being very active here lately (or anywhere online for that matter) due to dealing with personal crap (especially my mom’s back surgery this week). I thought y’all deserve to know that I’m just gonna take a break from internet and (non-existent) business matters for the rest of this month to help her (and my burnt out brain 🧠) recover and plan my next move for the coming year and foreseeable future.
