Huge win for me this week, Iโ€™m down to 100.2kg. So pumped to crack the double figures.

Even though Iโ€™ve finished my 28 days Iโ€™m still using this community to hold myself accountable. Goal is to hit 90kg by the end of of 2026 and my fitness is higher than it has been. Letโ€™s do this. 104kg and a after Christmas resetโ€ฆ have fasted since 8pm last night and eaten at 2pm today. Really enjoy my lunch.
