Mastering the Power of Persuasion: How to Craft Talks That Inspire Action and Generate Leads
Great speakers don’t just inform—they inspire action. The difference between a good talk and a transformational one is persuasion. If your audience walks away feeling motivated but not moved to take the next step, you’re leaving opportunities on the table. The secret lies in your talk’s structure. Every word should guide your audience toward a decision. Whether you’re aiming to generate leads, book more clients, or sell a program, persuasive speaking ensures your message doesn’t just land—it converts. Elements like storytelling, emotional triggers, and clear calls to action can make the difference between a talk that’s forgotten and one that changes lives (and your business).Want to learn how to craft talks that inspire and convert? Our free training breaks down the psychology of persuasion and how to use it effectively in your speaking. Find it now in the community classroom!

This is so true. As a speaker my job is to inspire my audience to improve their lives. I do this with showing them the why, why what they have donoe has failed, and then give them the tools to solve their issue without a ton of effort. Thanks Drew. Your information helps me a lot.

If Iw as a new speaker, then getting comfortable in front of people and refining my speech would be first. Otherwise, finding gigs and getting paid would be first.
