JOURNAL 11JULY 2026 :-
Assalamualaikum !! 🌷 Alhamdulillah, today was a peaceful and enjoyable day. I woke up around 9:30 AM. After getting up, I finished my morning chores and cleaned the house. I made sure everything was neat and organized, and once I was done, I got fresh. After that, my mom, my brother, and I had lunch together while watching a Netflix series. It was really fun, and we all enjoyed it. My mom watched some of it too. We kept watching until around 2:00 PM, and then I got sleepy and took a nap. When I woke up, the electricity was out, and I wasn't sure what to do. I also wasn't feeling very well for a while. In the evening, my brother saw some baby chicks and asked if I wanted them. I told him that I really love animals. Sometimes I feel they are kinder and more loyal than people. My mom loves animals too, so we both insisted, and in the end, we brought the chicks home. I'm really excited to take care of them. My brother kept teasing me, saying, "You don't know anything. I'm the one doing all the work, and I already have my job to manage." I laughed and told him that I don't know much yet, but if he teaches me once, I'll learn and help take care of them. After that, we fed the chicks and then sat down to continue watching our Netflix series. We finished it a little while ago, and it was honestly so much fun. Overall, it was a good day. I really enjoyed it, and I'm also preparing for my test on Monday. InshaAllah, I'll do my best and hope everything goes well. 🤍✨

One thing I want to remember about today: Aaj ka din mujhe yeh yaad dilata hai ke har din hamare plan ke mutabiq nahi guzarta. Fajr qaza hone ka afsos raha, lekin baad mein namaz ada ki. Right bazu aur hath ki pain abhi bhi routine ko affect kar rahi hai, phir bhi jitna ho saka active rehny ki koshish ki. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Sleep: 2:45:00 AM Wake up: 11:00 AM What data will I look up after a month or year? - Daily routine aur sleep schedule ka progress Reminders: - No one can waste my time except me. - Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. - Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. - Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. - Manifest the work you are about to do using a diary. Health aur recovery ka khayal rakhna What I don’t want to do today: - Health signals ko ignore karna - Fajr miss hone ke baad poora din demotivate rehna Diet + Gym + Boxing Breakfast: Chai + Paratha Lunch: Khana Dinner: Daal, rice & salad Gym: Not planned (arm pain ki wajah se) Practice: Dress designing Speaking: French Detailed Routine (Chronological) - 2:30 AM: Tahajjud ada ki aur phir so gayi. - Morning: Aankh na khulne ki wajah se Fajr qaza ho gayi. - 11:00 AM: Uthi, fresh hui. - 11:15 AM: Chai banai aur paratha ke sath nashta kiya. - 12:00 PM: Laptop on kiya, daily journal community mein post kiya aur bhanji ke sath baat ki. - 1:30 PM: Fajr ki qaza aur Zuhr ki namaz ada ki. - 2:30 PM: Mama ke liye chai banai aur khana khaya. - 3:00 PM: TV dekhti rahi aur sath sath designing ka thora kaam kiya. - 5:20 PM: Asr ki namaz ada ki aur evening azkar kiye. - After that: Skin care ki. - 6:30 PM: Rice banaye. - 7:15 PM: Maghrib ki namaz ada ki. - After Maghrib: Dobara TV dekha. Right bazu aur hath ki pain ki wajah se zyada kaam nahi kar saki. Haalat yeh thi ke mobile ka weight bhi mushkil se hold ho raha tha. - 9:00 PM: Daal, rice aur salad ke sath dinner kiya. - After Dinner: Dishes wash ki aur haldi wala doodh banaya. - 10:00 PM: Kitchen ka kaam complete hua, phir Isha ki namaz ada ki. - 10:30 PM: Mama ko dubaya. - 11:00 PM: Sone chali gayi.
