Hey Leaders!! It’s Feb 2026 how are you doing with your goals? How did January go for you? Where did we do well and where can we improve? For me I fell off my goals mid month. Still made decent results but not where I could have been if I stayed consistent. What are things you do to help you stay focused and consistent in your life?

January was solid. Daily goals went well and have pretty much become routine. Weekly goals were easier to let slide. What helps me most is keeping goals simple and focusing on daily execution instead of trying to be perfect.

This is where you stop being just a “manager of tasks” and start becoming a multiplier of leaders. Inside the advanced playbook we’ll cover: - Understanding human behavior patterns (DISC) → Learning how to identify different behavior styles (red, yellow, green, blue) and lead each one effectively. - The Power of Asking Questions → Moving from telling to coaching, unlocking growth in your people by the way you ask. - Helping Others Make & Keep Commitments → Guiding people to set their own standards and follow through with integrity. - Invitations & Follow-Up → How to challenge others to take action without overwhelming them, and how to support them after. I’m strongest in team leadership. I’ve led crews on large construction jobs and am confident delegating and leading without needing to do every task myself. My greatest growth area right now is system leadership, building systems and developing leaders so the team doesn’t depend on me. I’m excited for this group and look forward to learning and contributing.
