This has been a rough past 3 weeks for me and my family! but we are pushing through. What are somethings you are struggling with? Mindset? Leading a team? growing yourself or your business? One thing I am struggling with is clarity- There are days I have a vision so clear in my head that I can see it, taste it and feel it! but then some days its gone, foggy and I wonder what my purpose is. I have been doing workshops with Dental offices, and its been way fun and great to see the impact its made- Ill post the full recorded workshop so you can watch it. I'm excited to keep doing this and getting better. As I'm developing these workshops I have been creating frameworks. I made something called the leadership Flywheel. Its a 4 step loop that keeps spinning. Sometimes the wheel will be "leaking" energy and you will feel the symptoms of that in your life or with your team. Low motivation, lack of performance, lack of communication or accountability. you can always turn back to the flywheel and see what step needs to be worked on so the leadership can continue to power your systems. the root of all business problems is true leadership.
