@Jiri Karnos so true!! I will say that my horseradish did not overwinter in the container so just like you said, always exceptions. Also, chives are great on scrambled eggs and I would go so far as saying that i love chives and eggs in any form! Omelette, egg salad, I'll even sprinkle some on a fried egg with toast! Could even be doing something as simple as a cup noodle or ramen and chives will instantly make it better! They are the chefs kiss for me 👌
