Hi everyone! My name is Brynn, and I’m from the beautiful Gem State of Idaho. I started my financial operations career at an ensemble at Northwestern Mutual as the Director of Insurance. After a couple of years of learning and realizing how much I enjoyed the industry, I transitioned into a CSA role at an elite firm in Boise, ID, Aspen Capital Management. A core value of the firm (and one I strongly share) is to work smarter, not harder. During my time there, I spent a lot of time building out workflows, templates, and systems designed to create a seamless and thoughtful client experience. I also had the opportunity to serve as co-lead of our Client Experience team, which really deepened my passion for designing processes that not only support the team internally, but truly make clients’ lives easier and more enjoyable. That passion ultimately led me to Simplicity Ops, where I am their newest Client Experience Specialist! I’m so excited to be in a role where I can help firms improve their operational efficiency and, more importantly, deliver an exceptional and consistent client experience. Outside of work, I love playing volleyball—grass, sand, indoor, you name it, I’ll be there! I feel incredibly blessed to live near so many outdoor recreational opportunities. My husband and I fully embrace that lifestyle—we ski in the winter and spend our summers backpacking, camping, fly fishing, hiking, biking, paddleboarding, playing pickleball and tennis, and attempting to golf.
