Had a decent day, 3 hours of pickleball. Tournament was round Robin 8 people per class you won 1 point for each win, if in a tie all game points were added up. I played in the intermediate 3.0 to 3.5 and got 4th. There was a 3 way tie for 2nd and I had the least total game points. Not what I hoped for got to meet new people and learned new people to stay away from(constant bad line calls). On another note anyone else play against someone who is doing great then when you play with them they just tank the game, just frustrating.

Heck yes. Drilled in the AM!!! Cardio in the PM. I did eat a few pieces of fried chicken for lunch but it was only a very small amount then I switched to better choices. It was worth it! How’d everyone else do today?

I've always seen it's better to have small amounts of whatever you want along with your good choices instead of going crazy and eating a whole cake, so it's all good. I've been on my journey since October and I still eat whatever I want i just have smaller amounts of it and have healthier stuff with it.

Glasses

I hate wearing them and usually hope a ball cap will keep me safe. But, as I’m getting to higher levels with faster play, I know I should get some. What do you wear and love?

Got these off Amazon, haven't fogged up, are light weight, are $35. I use these for indoor play. For outside I have the TIFOSI brand model Track very lightweight and under $50 plus has a warranty on all there glasses.
