Voice AI agent vs Human for Outbound calls
One thing I've heard from multiple business owners who use AI omni-channel agents is that they only use voice AI agents for inbound calls, but stick with human reps for outbound calls. Eg. calling up new leads from opt-in forms to schedule discovery calls. Has anyone here split-tested this to see how the numbers compare? Thanks!

I haven't tested it. I'm considering using an outbound agent to presell and prequalify leads. What a wonderful way to demonstrate the technology. I think that a human outbound call would be better, but the AI voice agent could be an excellent way to demonstrate the technology. On the opt-in form we'll get permission to send text/voice messages and then call them immediately with a personalized experience that uses the information we've scraped on them.
