Voice AI agent vs Human for Outbound calls
One thing I've heard from multiple business owners who use AI omni-channel agents is that they only use voice AI agents for inbound calls, but stick with human reps for outbound calls. Eg. calling up new leads from opt-in forms to schedule discovery calls.
Has anyone here split-tested this to see how the numbers compare? Thanks!
