Bio: I went from road cycling a lot to riding single track trails about 15 years ago due to the worsening traffic. I just love all kinds of cycling!!!

44 Years old- went from 260lbs two years ago to having run, bike, and swam my way to 210lbs today. I see myself at 175lbs, and on age group podium!
