These "games" were really a cut above the rest. This is my small collection (would love to get Pirates!!!). Which is your favourite of the Microprose games? Mine is Gunship but I love them all!

What do you consider to be essential C64 accessories? I’ll start with a joystick switcher if you are using original hardware these are a game changer. I bought the Backbit two bit switcher which allows you to change joystick ports with the flick of a switch. There’s also a switch position to have it so the joystick is operating both ports at the same time which is good for games like Spy Hunter. As well as being convenient it also saves wear on the ports by having to swap them over all the time. Unfortunately the two bit isn’t available anymore but there are quite a few similar ones available
