What’s the hardest part of wholesaling nobody talks about?
Let’s get real. What’s been the hardest part of your wholesaling journey so far? Cold calls? Finding buyers? Staying consistent? Be honest. It helps everyone here realize they’re not alone in the grind.

The hardest part nobody talks about? The mental grind. Doing the work every day with no quick wins, deals falling apart, and still staying consistent. It’s not skill it’s pushing through doubt when results lag.
How can I (& how can we as a community) help you grow this year?
What’s the one thing that could stop this from being your biggest year in real estate…and how do we eliminate it now, not “later”? Be specific: - Leads? - Confidence on the phone? - Numbers not making sense? - Deal flow? - Closings? Drop it below. If you’re stuck, someone here has already been through it, or is going through it with you. Let’s use this group the right way and kill it together this year. 🔥
