Isn't it 'horses for courses'? No pun intended... 😅 There will always be the peeps who want to get rich quick and don't care, or know yet, to care for longevity. There are peeps that care for quality, value and doing it right. Those who understand sustainability is doing enough of the right things, over time, breeds success. Those in it for the long game. Better to lose those that are not the right fit, than work with them and resent what you're doing, or who they are. Enjoy working with the peeps who align with your values. But if what you are doing is not attracting enough of the peeps you align with, change it up! No point doing the same thing expecting a different outcome... So long as you know you're not just in a funk letting external factors knock you off course, or it's just a period or run of the wrong fit, with how the numbers play out that there's more good fits just round the corner?🤔
