Hi everyone, I’m the owner of a furnished mid-term rental in Calabasas and I’m looking for someone experienced in MTR to assist with leasing and tenant placement. I’m currently in a transition period and would like support specifically on the front-end leasing side while I retain ownership and overall control of the property. Scope: - Responding to inquiries - Expanding advertising (if you have platforms you specialize in) - Screening and communicating with prospective tenants - Coordinating + conducting showings - Placing tenants using my lease Property details: - Furnished mid-term setup - Insurance / relocation tenants welcome - Already receiving inquiries Notes: - Looking for someone who can take initiative and move quickly on leads - Timeline is flexible/ongoing for now - This is a tenant placement / co-host role (not arbitrage) Compensation: Open to structuring in a way that aligns incentives (placement fee, %, etc.) If you’re interested, message me with your experience and how you typically structure leasing/placement.

I have my first booking! It is a corporate rental for one month, booked through Airbnb. Check in is tomorrow and I am scrambling for some last minute updates but so excited.
