1. Pre planned date once per week with wife 2. Lose 5 pounds and increase max pull-up count by 5 reps 3. 2x current investment in market

Follow up on this: I hit each goal except for increasing pull-up count by 5 more reps. I only added 4, so I missed it by one. I’m most grateful for this challenge because I felt like my wife and I had a really good relationship but Jason and this group challenged that it can always be better and being consistent with what I did made our relationship even better than it has been!! Thank you!

Hello everyone, I am from Gilbert Arizona. The area of my life I am most interested in working on is improving my mindset, physical health and communication skills (mainly listening better) to lead my family. For fun I like to spend time outdoors doing any activity.
The power of a Morning Routine
I want to emphasize that this tool is instrumental in helping you maintain momentum and discipline moving forward. This tool is foundational for achieving your goals and turning your dreams into reality, and here's why it's crucial for your ongoing success. Why a Morning Routine matters: 1. Foundation for Success: A well-structured morning routine sets the tone for your entire day. It creates a strong foundation upon which you can build your daily activities, ensuring that you start each day with purpose and intention. 2. Creates Discipline: Establishing a consistent morning routine encourages self-discipline. By committing to a set of actions each morning, you train yourself to prioritize your goals and habits that support long-term success. 3. Enhances Focus and Clarity: Mornings are often when your mind is freshest. Utilizing this time for reflection, goal-setting, or mindfulness can enhance your focus and clarity, helping you make better decisions throughout the day. 4. Promotes a Positive Mindset: Engaging in uplifting activities --like gratitude practices, affirmations, or exercise-- can significantly boost your mood and outlook. A positive mindset is essential for overcoming challenges and staying motivated on your journey. 5. Encourages Consistent Progress: By incorporating goal-oriented activities into your morning routine, you ensure that you're making consistent progress toward your objectives. This steady advancement keeps momentum alive and reinforces your commitment to your dreams. How to Integrate a new or refreshed Morning Routine: - Personalize your Routine - Identify activities that resonate with your and align with your goals. Whether it's meditation, reading, or exercise, choose what inspires you. - Start Smart and Build - If you're new to morning routines, begin with a few essential activities. Gradually expand your routine as you become more comfortable. - Reflect and Adapt - Regularly assess your routine to see what works best for you. Flexibility is key, so be open to adjusting your routine as your goals and circumstances evolve. - Stay Committed - Make your morning routine a non-negotiable part of your day. This commitment will help you stay disciplined and maintain momentum even after these 50 days are complete.

Great post! I haven’t thought about the perspective of Reflect and Adapt. I’ve been disciplined in a morning routine for a few years - Walk 2.5 miles, Prayer, read scripture and 15 read pages of a book (improvement or biography). After reading this post I feel I’ve gotten comfortable in the habit and will make some adjustments. Mornings are powerful! Thank you @Jason Watson
