@Natasha Banky he thinks of it as challenging himself, to see what he is capable of. More of a mindset thing for him. I understand the science behind the fast for sure though.
What’s your technique?
Jesus and I use this technique to boost our immune system, and create balanced levels of testosterone and other hormones needed to keep us healthy. There are so many benefits to controlled sun exposure. If you experience pain or have issues with your nervous system, or you have inflammation in your joints, or lack bone density - the sun is an amazing and free resource we use whenever possible. In fact, we've built a system to stay fit and energetic which includes many different facets, and soon, we’re teaching our method, showing how to replicate what we do, step by step. Aerobics, weight training, or something else?
Jesus is a huge fan of weight training – something which he began doing later in life. Martial arts was his focus for many years. Personally, I practiced yoga for many years too (different types including Ashtanga and Hatha), and now, our focus is weight training. Which martial arts have you tried (or want to try)?
