Wealthbox/Hubspot- What's The Best Way To Keep Track of Client Next Steps?
Hey all, this is my first post! My name is Elisa Llanes and I am an intern at Farther Financial Services. We use Wealthbox as our main CRM and we are in need of looking for the best way to track where our clients are at within their specific service model. We have used workflows, but is there any other way that can easily track or let us know next steps? We also have access to Hubspot- Would you say maybe this CRM is better for this need? I’m wondering the same! I feel like mine is the opportunity pipeline kanban style…. Or figuring out the new custom object 🤔 I’m still lost @Theo Katsoulis had a great convo with me today that helped direct me! I have got to dive into Wealthbox more and just trial and error it I guess!

I would love to see a glimpse into how someone is actually using wealthbox. I know everyone uses it diff to a point. As a newer WB user, I’d love to see an advisor take a dummy WB account and act like they’re putting in a new contact. Act like they have a discovery meeting and how they move that dummy contact through a pipeline. Add notes to attach to that meeting. Or not. I’d just love to see 10 diff seasoned advisors showing how THEY utilize WB to keep track of things THEY often need. are there helpful tags. How about custom fields. I basically want a deep dive into how 10 seasoned advisors use their WB crm lol
