Hi to everyone, the history and frequency of intimidating, unstable, and frightening behavious exhibited my the male partner is already abusive. The joint name calling and ongoing conflict by both parties, as well as being woken up by his partner so he can help respond to an emergency, cannot be considered mitigating factors in deciding to assault her. The fact that he did not hold himself accountable adds to the abusive nature of the relationship.
