Who do I speak with regarding access to a course that I have paid for?

Hi, forgot to add that I think it is important to know how many ceu hours are included before buying a course. Especially if there are no refunds. Tks

When you sign up for a course through your Certification Board, it takes approximately 24 hours for your course to show in your classroom as we must receive the information and confirmation from your board which is sent to us once per day on weekdays. If you sign up for a course through Skool directly if that course is available for general purchase, you will see the course immediately in your dashboard upon payment. PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS ( EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AS STAFF ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE TO SEND US THE LISTS) FOR ACCESS TO YOUR COURSE. Much Thanks for your understanding and patience ! Dr. C ps- It takes approximately 1 -2 weeks for your certificate of completion to arrive in your email. That email will come from Jennifer@caccf.ca and it will include your certificate of completion for your board,
