First year as an S-Corp.......
This year is my first as an S-Corp and I was 'retroactive' to Jan 1. Now I'm playing catch up. Doe anyone have any good resources on how to set up Social Security taxes, how much I should be paying myself, etc?

We did a cost seg for a purchase in 2023 and applied it to 2024. it saved us 40K in taxes. Even the 800k property that you purchased has thousands of savings before you consider the 20k you put in. anything less than 20 year depreciation ( i think) qualifies.
