Ooh, that’s great to know! My daughter and husband both have pretty bad spring and summer allergies. I’ll see if I can sneak some nettle tea into my daughter’s lemonade. When the pollen count is super high, I get them too. I use a saline nasal rinse with one drop of grapefruit seed extract (more isn’t better in this case! 🤣 Unfortunately I know from experience 🔥). It seems to help a lot though.
Good afternoon, I would love to know a small comfort for your wellness? For some people it's driving with the windows down, lighting a candle, heavy rain, clean sheets or eating fish crackers. Thank you for sharing! https://www.terradowellness.com/
I spend time in the garden during Spring. Mostly because being outside helps with my anxiety and I'm so busy to worry about things. I think of it as a type for remedy. I'm curious what you do when Spring approaches that has to do with self-care?🦋💗
Such a great inspiration to get outside! Thank you for the reminder to garden and to take care of myself. I’m not great at remembering to do either. 🤦🏻♀️
🌿The type of cold that drags on for a few weeks, what do we do? It’ll fade away and you think it’s gone and then it pops back up🤷♀️. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated and thank you!!🌸
@Kristine Terrado Oh awesome! Glad it's helping! If you have any stray otoliths in your inner ear where they shouldn't be, it'll help too. I've had nerve pain from neck issues before too (bulging disks in my vertical spine, pinching my spinal cord). My PT showed me some "nerve flossing" stretches that really helped. I bet there are some great YouTube videos for it. It sounds weird, but it's super simple and feels really good. ✨
Hello all! I sometimes use this on my face. It works pretty well and I got it from an apothecary book. I'd love to know what ideas you have or something you've made for skin care? Thank you!
Oooh, I’m going to have to try that! In the past I’ve used lavender, tea tree, and frankincense essential oils in a roller ball with fractionated coconut oil. The coconut oil can be kind of heavy though. Maybe I’ll try jojoba instead, and add the rose hip oil and bakuchiol. Thanks for the recipe! 🥰
