🌿The type of cold that drags on for a few weeks, what do we do? It’ll fade away and you think it’s gone and then it pops back up🤷♀️. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated and thank you!!🌸
True True!! I like the tea idea, I was thinking of making some tonight that is very similar - Ginger and Cinnamon with Lemon and Honey. Also, I've never heard of Gaia Quick Defense, I'm going to look that up. Thank you and heal well🙏🌿
@Nicole Love Sometimes I get vertigo too. However, mine is from neck inflammation that pushes on a nerve. It's also easy to get inflamed when you're ill. I try to eat anti-inflammatory foods only and do some stretching at night. If yours is caused from some kind of inflammation, that helps!🦋
Hello all! I sometimes use this on my face. It works pretty well and I got it from an apothecary book. I'd love to know what ideas you have or something you've made for skin care? Thank you!
Hello lovely Home Remedy Community! I'd love to hear your home remedies for Cold & Flu Season. I love my Netti pot, and discovered this soup once when I was sick in the Philippines. The tamarind can be found in a local Asian Market, if not, I've seen it ordered online. Recipe in the comments. Take Care!
@Bernadette Martonik I love Pike Place Market, I used to go there sometimes with my grandma as a kid. Sounds great on salmon!🍽️ Thank you for sharing your cultural tradition💕 it’s so awesome hearing stuff like that.
🌿Hello my holistic wellness friends, I recently purchased a book about apothecary home remedies by Nicole Apelian. I think I’ll start with stress reducing tea. Do you have a favorite tea or tea ingredient for a rainy Sunday? ☕️
Good afternoon, I would love to know a small comfort for your wellness? For some people it's driving with the windows down, lighting a candle, heavy rain, clean sheets or eating fish crackers. Thank you for sharing! https://www.terradowellness.com/
@Bernadette Martonik That works so good! I was just talking to someone the other day about how I need to walk more. I walk off anxiety, I'll try centering now too, thank you Bernadette!!
