Warm Up Your Voice
This is something rarely talked about, but I try to do vocal exercises before I record content, go live, or do a podcast. I naturally stutter and stumble over my words, and this warmup that I've been doing for years cuts those in half. Just read this out loud, going through each consonant and putting every vowel in front each one. Follow it up with some lip trills and you will be good to go.

Thoughts on Challenges?
We are gonna talk about doing challenges for our communities on the morning show next week. What is your experience doing a challenge in someone elses community or hosting one in your own? Have you found its helped with churn? Used it as a lead magnet? How many days was it and did you/they actually complete it? How did it go?

@Eric Howell they are engagement and growth challenges. Whether it’s just getting you green box for the day or depositing a good post or comment in other peoples communities. Now the other type of challenge, we’ve absolutely struck gold with our PreSkool program. It’s a tiny transformative challenge that gets them doing homework for 4 days. It’s really helped a lot of our members take their communities from lurker central to leaderboard hero’s.
