🌟 Happy Monday, Tax Pros!
šŸ“… November 17, 2025 ā³ We’re exactly 45 days away from the official tax-season kickoff. Let’s lean in. ā€œGreatness isn’t built one season at a time it’s built every day in preparation for the opportunity you won’t miss.ā€ šŸŽÆTask for the Week: Map out your Preseason Visibility Plan: - Create 3 social posts targeting last-year clients and referrals. - Include one email or SMS automation reminding clients you’re gearing up and ready. - Update your intake form to reflect this year’s tax law changes (see below). šŸ“œExample Post about New Tax Laws: ā€œšŸ§¾ 2025 Tax Law Update – Stay Ahead! • The Standard Deduction for 2025 has increased to approximately $15,950 (single) and $31,900 (married filing jointly). • The IRS has also expanded eligibility thresholds for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) — more taxpayers may qualify this year. āž”ļø If you filed last year or expect life changes (marriage, new kid, business start) — let’s review your status now so you’re ready. #TaxLawUpdate #TaxSeason2025ā€ Let’s use these 69 days wisely. Stay visible. Stay compliant. Stay ready.

@Neona James sorry. The social post and automations
šŸ¤” Scenario Talk: Partnership or Problem?
Let’s say you’re partnered under a tax company meaning you’re using their EFIN, brand name, and systems. Now imagine you start doing your own thing on the side: posting flyers with your personal logo, running ads under your name, or changing up the prices or process the main brand uses. šŸ—£ļø Question for the room: Is that okay because you ā€œbring in your own clientsā€? Or is that disrespecting the partnership and the brand you’re under? See… here’s why I’m asking šŸ‘‡šŸ¾ Partnerships only work when boundaries and respect are mutual. If you’re under someone’s system, that brand carries the risk, the compliance, and the reputation. But on the flip side, you still have your own goals and want to grow your name too. So where’s the line? At what point do independence and brand alignment clash — and how do you handle it the right way? Let’s hear your thoughts šŸ‘‡šŸ¾ Have you ever experienced this type of situation? How would you want it handled if it were your company?

@Neona James that’s true but it all depends on what’s in the agreement. A lot of companies now days only focus on getting money their ā€œbackendā€ and ā€œcontracts dont be thought through until it too late and they try to rush and get everything in place
