Now that the property bootcamp in Brentwood has ended, the real work begins. For me, it’s about taking every piece of knowledge, every strategy and every insight and putting it into action. Consistency is the bridge between learning and freedom and I’m keeping my eye firmly on the golden egg. Financial property freedom isn’t a dream; it’s a destination built through focused action, smart deal analysis and relentless discipline. Bootcamp was the spark. Execution is where everything changes.

Jessen James was an absolute standout at the bootcamp seminar. His energy was intoxicating, his delivery mind‑blowing and the way he broke down the art of mastering money gave us all a powerful taster of what’s truly possible and what’s still to come in the money Mastery session. Jessen, your real, down‑to‑earth examples hit home for every single one of us and sparked some serious reflection. Thank you for bringing such clarity, authenticity and impact. Phill was absolutely full of knowledge and such a great speaker he made every session lively, interactive, and genuinely fun. It was brilliant meeting part of your team as well. @Liam J Ryan the team at bootcamp even tried shouting out to you not sure if you heard us! And Charlie brought such a grounded, positive energy to the room. This group was so energetic, and everyone came with the same purpose to learn, grow and push forward in property. Some people were even closing deals during the bootcamp, which shows the level of drive in the room. By the end, it honestly felt like no one wanted to go home. Poor Phill kept going down the rabbit hole (in the best way) and poor @John Howell had to hold on “no questions, please write it down for later!” became the running joke of the 3 days. A truly memorable experience with incredible people.

Three days. That’s all it took for this bootcamp to reshape how we see property, business and opportunity. @John Howell and I learned so much Article 4 for HMOs, investment strategies, tax essentials and more but the real shift was in our mindset.We absolutely enjoyed every moment and we walking away with not just knowledge, but a community. A group of people who inspire, support and push each other forward. We’ve started building meaningful relationships that feel like the foundation of a long‑term property journey. Grateful, motivated and fully ready to grow that’s exactly how this journey feels. The bootcamp was a powerful investment and absolutely a step in the right direction. Three days that were nothing short of mind‑blowing, opening up clarity, confidence and momentum.
