Morning! Currently suffering from a gout flare up so it looks like the gym is on hold for the time being…booo!!!!

Workout today! Upper (Volume + Arms)
Hitting gym here shortly. What do you guys think of my routine? 4x Kettlebell (15 Reps) SS: 3x Dumbell Bench Press (8-12 Reps) & 3x Seated Wide-Grip Rows (8-12 Reps) SS: 3x Shoulder Press (8-12 Reps) & Lateral Raises (13-15 Reps) SS: 2x Tricep Pushdown (8-12 Reps) & Dumbell Curls (8-12 Reps)
