I’m Back!!!!
My toe has healed enough to return to the gym!!! Hit a push day yesterday which felt good!!

My journey….on hold
Morning! Currently suffering from a gout flare up so it looks like the gym is on hold for the time being…booo!!!!

@Brian Von Lehmden I’m on meds to manage the uric acid but during a flare up it usually ice rest NSAIDS. I’ve also heard that baking soda could help and also cherries

Family fun day!
Had a great leg day yesterday. Today my family and i are off to have a fun day together getting pumpkins and donuts at a local farm. Stay blessed!
