I'm in Tennessee. Who are you guys using for general liability and inland marine insurance?

Hey everyone, going from side hustle to full time with my business. I currently have a cat 265 and 306 in my arsenal but have been renting mulching attachments as needed. Looking to buy one now and curious on y'all's thoughts... 1. Can only afford 1, should I prioritize the skid or the excavator? 2. What's a good one to get that's not incredibly expensive but also not cheap?

Gotta get a quote out tonight. Going to all be done with a mini ex and an fmx36. There's about 90 yards of a small creek, not more than 15 feet of width off the bank I need to clean up. How do I price that. Area is very small, but cannot get it with a skid and will be tedious. Any help appreciated but need asap!

How do you address old t post and barbed wire fencing in a quote? Just tell the client it's his problem? Grapple it out and pile it for him? Hire a couple teenagers to pull it all by hand? Pretty small job (3 acres). How would you deal with it. This is my first bid btw.
