I got you! You’ve entered Bulk Mode — Land of Giants. Make this your mission this week: Giant’s Bowl - High-Protein Rice Bowl - 6 oz chicken or beef - 1 cup jasmine rice - 1 cup veggies (broccoli/carrots) - Soy + garlic or teriyaki drizzle Macros: ~650 cals / 45g protein. Eat this once per day and your power level goes up. Try this for one meal per day. It's a great way to start your bulking season. You never want to dirty bulk, this keeps it clean.
