Six weeks ago this business was at $14K in monthly recurring revenue. Today it's at $55K and I'm now placed #93 on the entire platform for MRR. Still no sales team, no setters, no client success managers. Just me, an executive assistant, and a team of AI agents. This is Month 2 of this open my kimono series where I open the books, show you the real numbers, what worked, what flopped ... so you can copy what works . Comment WORKSHEET for the doc I run through

Today Skool Growth boost gifted me... 30 Leads into my free community and 6 Customers into my $47 Community @ $282 (-30%) = $197.4 Profit And a cool win was seeing both my communities on the first page of discovery just now. I don't know if you know how big of a deal this Growth Boost feature is... but if you have not yet optimized your community cards and tags... Here is your reminder.
