@Scott Millar Yes, absolutely that doesnt include the simultaneous dual, epic four year legal battles due to hiring the wrong legal representation. Actually client firewall is needed more for my business clients here than residential. I have learned to be extremely careful of which business clients I take on. In a semi rural area, the same rules do not always apply to a city based business community. Frequently I have observed that it is business owners with certain negative traits that thrive. There is no HR department in rural areas here!

@Scott Millar Many people that wouldn't last half an hour in an urban workplace without getting fired, end up thriving in rural areas where they have never experienced a professional workplace, or how you should treat team members you work with or work for you. If you brought them to a psychiatrist they would be diagnosed with severe personality disorders, lack of quality employment in rural areas means these traits are overlooked and it emboldens the company "leader" to behave very badly. Bad behaviour is not punished it is overlooked and ignored by staff that wish to keep there positions and pay there mortgage's. You are required to develop a very thick skin working in areas like that. So basically a personality trait or psychological dysfunction or behaviour that would get you immediately fired anywhere else will allow you to rise to the top of the company and in many cases dominate the local market. It is reverse Darwinism.
