Hey Tim, just got out of a zoom meeting with a Crexi rep regarding this very thing. Well maybe the same thing? Basically they said they can find me offmarket deals, foreclosure and seller financed opportunities in my selected area if I sign up for a $500 per month fee. Is this the upgrade you're speaking of?

I actually didn't do it yet, I set up another meeting for a month from now. It seems like an amazing offer and the $500 is a bargain if it actually produces good leads. I'm just terrible when it comes to a great sales pitch and wanted to investigate it a little further before I pulled the trigger.
