TRT
Well, looks like I'm starting my TRT journey. Did a bunch of research after struggling with fatigue and lost of leg strength and muscle mass (I'm an EMR and fire/rescue with Ontario Mine Rescue). After months of my doctor not listening and her drawing erroneous conclusions, Dave steered me toward Stronghold Wellness who hooked me up with an online men's health clinic. Blood work showed T levels that needed a boost. Should be receiving my doses in a few days - went for injection. Anyone else on the T journey?

@Dave Morrow Would appreciate hearing about anyone's experience at the onset of taking T (I'm injecting). Wondering about the things I'm reading regarding oily skin/acne, bad B.O., and increased hunger. My job is pretty strenuous at times and I'll be working in close proximity to coworkers and patients while training and in rescues.

Our Vitamin D Levels are WAY Off
Just read this article about how scientists pooched the recommended daily value for vitamin D. They recommended 600IU/ day but after many years and a recalibration it’s more like 9,000IU/day!! Goddamn! That’s 15x more than what was initially recommended. That means taking your 10 drops a day is freakin useless. The only reasonable way to get that much it to get in the sun. In 30 minutes you can make about 15,000 IU. Drops and pills can’t compete with that. As you know I’m always harping on getting as much D as possible 😆 but this has changed the game for me. What do Canadians do now? All move to Florida? Read the article

@Dave Morrow Much like how a sun burn way up north here isn't nearly as intense as one close to the equator. What takes an hour takes 20 mins down there.
What Do You Want Me To Teach Next?
I can go down a ton of rabbit holes but if it's not what ya'll want to learn, then I'm just alone in my corner of the internet talking to myself again. And you don't want to see me when I feel like no one is listening to my lesson. Which of these topics would you like me to do a training on?
