Pitchers Handbook + Podcast Appearance
Spring season is quickly approaching. For pitchers, that usually means an increase in volume, intensity, and expectations. It’s also when clarity around throwing, mechanics, recovery, and soreness management matters most. I’ve recently made my year-round pitching handbook more widely available based on the interest and feedback I’ve received. It’s designed to provide structure and remove guesswork as the season ramps up. I was honored to be a guest on Dr. Kevin McGovern’s podcast yesterday, where I had the opportunity to talk about this resource and the bigger picture of long-term pitcher development. If you’d like to listen, you can find the episode here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLFWZ5W_4As&list=PLws2fP7IBx6s-5wpDqxS35miceazYTVu5&index=1 If you’re looking for clarity heading into spring, more details on the handbook are here: https://purposefulpe.com/baseball-pitchers-handbook-a-year-round-development-resource/

Pitchers Handbook
Parents and baseball coaches, honest question: Have you ever wondered if your pitcher is: - Throwing too much - Not throwing enough - Doing the right thing between games - Ignoring soreness they shouldn’t be - Getting consistent mechanical feedback I see this confusion all the time, even with families and coaches who are trying to do everything right. Over the past several weeks, I’ve had a number of parents and coaches reach out and purchase a pitching handbook I originally built for my own coaching work. Based on the feedback and continued interest, I decided to make it more broadly available. The handbook is a year-round pitching resource that clearly lays out throwing plans, mechanics, recovery, soreness management, and long-term development in one place. The response so far has been incredibly encouraging. One parent shared: “This finally gave us clarity instead of guessing week to week.” For now, I’m offering it at a founding price of $49 for parents and coaches looking for a clear, structured reference to reduce guesswork and better protect arm health. No pressure at all, just sharing again based on the interest I’ve received. 👉 https://purposefulpe.com/baseball-pitchers-handbook-a-year-round-development-resource/
