You sure can! Today I made a rock garden on the beach, thinking to myself how fun it was to just use what I have. I usually bring a sketch book, but I didn’t today. I’ve been learning more about what comes up for me, triggers, beliefs and thoughts around it all and am creating an environment that supports the better version of me.
