Listen. There's a lot more to a AI agency than Tech and sales and marketing. Not much but there is so you need project managers. You need people that are creative. You need a lot of different skill sets in order to scale an agency. I don't know what that is for you but don't feel pressured to have to be adept understand the technology Like right now I'm looking for a scout. I could use a bot.
