Selling Off My Clothing Inventory - Any Interest?
Hey all, long time no see! Due to some career changes, I'm going to be selling off my clothing inventory and just focusing on my bread and butter (music, books, small electronics). Wondering if anyone is looking to source some cheap inventory. Here's what I currently have: https://www.ebay.com/str/aoexchange/Clothing-Shoes-Accessories/_i.html?_sacat=11450. Lots of bread and butter pieces in good sizes (mostly large and up). DM me, if interested, and we can work out a deal. I'm thinking between $2-5 a piece depending on what it is. Need to move it ASAP. Thanks!

Hi. Is this all or nothing or can we purchase certain items?
Not getting many views!
I’ve been doing this for a few weeks now so obviously just getting started. I have 55 listings posted (men’s clothes and sporting equipment is where i started) but I’m wondering why I’m only getting a few views on my listings. I think my photographs are good. I think my titles are good and the products are good Jeans, golf pants by Nike, UA, polo shirts, outdoor jackets etc. I’ve had some sales, but for the most part the number of the page views are lower than I would’ve expected. I wonder if anyone else ran into this problem when they got started reselling too. I’m listing 5 items a day as many have recommended, 1 day handling, small % promotion, responding to offers quickly etc but not getting the activity. Here are a few listings from eBay…any thoughts would be much appreciated! https://ebay.us/m/BPW5OE https://ebay.us/m/94OwAf https://ebay.us/m/j90NZe https://ebay.us/m/fnmRi0

Those listings you shared are good finds. I think your shipping prices are too high. Your pictures are good but can be better. Always check comps to make sure you're in the range with both price and shipping cost. Promote at 6% for men's clothing.
I started listing 20 items per day (Results)
I've been listing about 20 items a day for the last two weeks on eBay and Poshmark, and we've already sold about 30 items between the two platforms. I've had to revitalize my eBay store by just being consistent, and I know this will take time. But using my own app to create listings has been so easy. I'm excited for the day when I'm able to list 50-200 items a day and not have it take so much time. Here's kind of my daily workflow: 1. Take photos 2. Upload to Easy Flip 3. Ship out orders 4. My day is done!

Will there be an app for this?
Sourcing Priority. What is your’s?
When sourcing what is your priority? Mine is: 1. Size 2. Brand 3. Price 4. Condition This came up yesterday when I was sourcing at my favorite thrift store. I was being checked out by the store manager. I asked him what was the priority for pricing their items. It was just the opposite from my sourcing order: 1. Condition 2. Brand 3. Size I found this most interesting. So, what is your sourcing priority?

Brand is the most important. It doesn't matter what the size is or condition if it's a garbage brand. I've seen many great jeans with the wow factor new with tags and great size and a STR of 10%. When you source, brand should be the first thing that catches your eye.
Video "Goodwill has lost their damn mind".....
Hi all, I came across this video yesterday. I dont even know who this guy is, never heard of him, and just found out hes less than 40 miles from me. I thought it was worth bringing to your attention for those who arent aware about what Goodwill is doing. This is ruthless and intentional. I'm not sure what can be done, but something definitely needs to be done. My thought is first step would be to get the word out for people to stop donating there, and to donate to worthwhile causes. I know for a good portion of resellers Goodwill is their only source and they dont want to stop buying at Goodwill but watch this video, you are supporting them putting resellers out of business. But if you watch Jerry's webinar about asking AI where the best thrifting is I think you all will be surprised at how many places there are around you that you didnt even know. Anyway, thats my editorial for today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVYF4LJpLgo

This has been going on for a while and it's getting worse. Goodwill took away 20% coupons and changed their return policy from 60 days to 4 days. They don't put anything of real value to the floor anymore. As a reseller from southern California, I don't generally go to goodwill anymore. There are other better places to source. There are opportunities all around for us, you just have to be tenacious and look for the gold that's around you.
