Grateful for Level 5… but more for the journey here. And more than just points, I honestly love - the conversations and perspectives (especially coffee chat that I was on today with @Russell Cross III , @Marci Matejcek , @William H , @Allan Webster , @Nikki Clark ) - not sure if I have captured all the names :) It did cover a lot about community engagements, developing oneself, overcoming challenges and learning from each other all the way to getting unstuck! These conversations help mindset shifts that compound over time. A big thank you to @Russell Cross III for introducing me to this community. What stands out most here is the quality of thinking and generosity of people. It really helps - reflect, share, and grow.
