I will be doing a face yoga session that involves stabilising TMJ joint yet deeply relieving tension in your jaw, massetter muscle and temporalis muscle. I hope you're all well. I'm sorry to say this today but I am not well. My head cold has got worse & moved into my chest & I'm struggling to shake it off. Unfortunately I am not well enough to host my class today :( I'm gutted. I must rest. I hope you understand. I will be back all going well, next Sunday at the usual time. Take care
