Every week, we’ll meet for a 30-minute live session—you bring your own workout, we all move together, and then you can stay on for an optional chat. It’s movement, motivation, and sisterhood in one space. We'll meet weekly on Saturdays. Come as you are and sweat it out with us.

1. Resistance training 3 days a week, followed by a 25-30 minute powerwalk on an inclined treadmill or hills outside. Weighted vest walk 2 days a week on treadmill incline for 40 minutes or up actual hills. 2. My favorite is stinging nettles infusion tea for the last 20 years. I drink it for 3 weeks and take on week off. Excellent for allergies, eczema, anemia, energy, iron, hair and skin health, liver and kidney health. 3. I want to be part of a community of others going through perimenopause
