I prefer workouts that are 15-30 minutes. I typically go with strength training and HIIT. I also try to take walks for at least 15 minutes everyday and include some kind of stretching or mobility routine. I used to be really big on green smoothies, but now I do a lot of herbal teas for hormone health, collagen and mushroom brews, herbal shrubs and spritzers. I created this group for connection and accountability. Looking forward to working out with you all!
