Didn’t do much yesterday or today, I have a herniated disc in my lower back that has been hitting a nerve lately. Spent all day with ice, inversion table, stretching, and a tens unit and managed to get the pain down just enough to play in our final soccer game of the season and we won and took first in the league!!! Managed to hit my steps from the game 😅 I’m sure I will feel it tomorrow but so worth it and the inversion table seems to really help with the decompression so will stick to it!

Yesterday I ran two miles, worked out and sauna, and hit my steps

posting a day late, I ran a mile at kids soccer I just barely missed 10k steps Taking it easy today (21st) because I’m still sore from soccer on Sunday. Might try to wake up early and workout on Wednesday
