You Don't Have a Motivation Problem
You don’t have a motivation problem. You have a CLARITY Problem. Most people think they’re lazy… They think they need: - More discipline - More motivation - Another push But that’s not it. You’re not moving… Because you don’t actually know what you’re moving toward. So you: - Start something… then stop - Get excited… then second guess - Take action… then pivot Not because you’re broken… Because you’re unclear. Clarity removes friction. Clarity removes hesitation. Clarity creates momentum. And until you fix that… You’ll keep spinning. I’m running a Clarity Round Table in a few weeks. Not a webinar. A working session. If you’re tired of spinning… this is where you fix it.

Let's goo!!
Happy Saturday!
Had a great time on the call last night, just connecting, dreaming and planning! Calls like that remind me how important having a community is because none of us have an accurate picture of ourselves. I have been feeling like I havent been making any progress lately, and internally trying to keep myself on track and remind myself that isn't true even if it FEELS true. On the call Lance and Josh brought up how much growth they've seen in me, and that just hit different. It helps me accept it and let go of the shame that has been trying to take hold. That's the thing with business and life. Sometimes things are 'slow' but that doesn't mean you are not growing or that others don't see all the changes. We're often just too close and cannot see the full pictures and all the details that are getting added. It takes wisdom and practice to know when to slow down, back up, rest and reflect. Follow you're own path and try not to compare yourself to where others are. You've got this! WE'VE got this!! PS- I have a picture but its on my phone and one of the littles has it so... 😅
🎉 Happy New Year to my small but mighty group of entrepreneurs.
I can’t wait to spend an entire year growing, building, and expanding together. Your commitment, discipline, and willingness to learn will show up clearly in your businesses... and in your streams of income. What you’re putting in now is laying the groundwork for what’s coming next. Cheers to everything last year taught us. And here’s to stepping boldly into a future that hasn’t been written yet... but will be shaped by the work we do starting now. Let’s go. 💪🚀

Happy new year brother!! Tell the family I say hi and give them hugs!
Hump Day Reminder:
Most people coast on Wednesdays. J2 builders pivot on Wednesdays. This is the day you reset the tone, fix the message, and finish the week stronger than you started. If you’ve been slow… tighten up. If you’ve been distracted… refocus. If you’ve been discouraged… recommit. You’re closer than you think. One good Wednesday can rewrite an entire week. 👊🔥 Drop your midweek win below.

@Lance Scheafer absolutely!! Ran into some things myself, not getting back on track!
BURNOUT
Burnout is not a workload issue ... it’s a misalignment issue. Most entrepreneurs aren’t drowning because they’re doing too much… They’re drowning because they’re doing too much of the wrong things. Inside J2, we talk about this constantly: 👉 When your strategy is unclear, your energy leaks everywhere. 👉 When your priorities are scattered, your progress stalls. 👉 When you chase volume instead of direction, the grind becomes heavy instead of productive. Momentum doesn’t come from hustle. Momentum comes from strategic constraint ... choosing the moves that matter and eliminating the noise pretending to matter. This is why J2 works: We don’t teach “more.” We teach better. Better decisions. Better focus. Better systems. Better execution. When you lock in the right few things, it feels like the whole business snaps into place. Burnout fades. Momentum rises. Consistency becomes natural instead of forced. This is the difference between building at random… And building with a system that compounds.
