For the moments we usually miss🤳
I’ve been reflecting on those tiny gaps in the day — the moments where nothing is really happening. You know the ones… You’re watching TV with your partner, they step away for a moment, and without thinking your hand reaches for your phone. This is me too often 🤦♂️ Just for this week, I’d love to invite you to try something different. Instead of reaching for your phone, bring your awareness into your heart. Bring to mind something you’d like to increase positive energy around — your health, a relationship, your work, or anything that matters to you right now. You don’t need a clear image, just a sense of it. Hold that intention gently, almost as if it’s resting just in front of your heart. Then, quietly and sincerely, repeat to yourself: May I be happy May I be healthy May I be wealthy Project the best feeling you can toward that intention — no forcing, just authenticity. When the moment passes, you simply return to what you were doing, carrying that softened, grounded feeling with you. What I’ve noticed is that when we stop seeking stimulation and instead allow ourselves to find presence, inspiration begins to arise naturally. Ideas, clarity, and guidance seem to appear without effort. I’ve recorded a short audio to guide you through this practice, which I’ve shared here if you’d like to listen and try it for yourself 🎧 💬 I’d love to hear how this feels for you — or what you notice when you reclaim these small moments. Peace, love, and blessings, Matthew 🤍
