Finding the very few inputs that drive the biggest returns in as short of a time as possible. I put this into practice earlier this week: I was able to get my first high-ticket client on Skool for the sheer fact of efficiency. Something I do is ask for a phone number in my membership questions, and the moment a lead came through, I accepted his request and called his number right away. This led to a $500/month deal with about 40 minutes of work (10 minutes for the initial discovery/onboarding call, and 30 minutes on the sales call). Had I not done this, I would have not gotten the deal in the first place. But because I was efficient in handling the lead, making sure he was taken care of, and understanding his needs so that I can present an offer for him, I was able to make the sale.
