Just added a 3 Part series called Kick Specific Mobility. They are very short 1-2 minute videos with some great techniques to help you get the leg up for the kick without restriction. This series was added to the Mobility section and the Learn the Muay Thai Kick section. Let us know what you all think of it.

Hello everyone, I'm Asa. Born, raised and still living in the Adirondack Mountains of New York. I started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in July of 2025 then Muay Thai in August of 2025 (at 37 years old) I have 8 children, 5 who do BJJ and 6 who are in MT. I drive Tractor trailer which doesn't allow for the time that I would like to commit to training, so I'm hoping this app will be a great source of supplemental home training. I look forward to getting to know the community
