Sometimes it’s working but lately hasn’t been working well

I know this has been delayed over and over again and I sincerely apologize. Last night I was finally able to test outbound AI Calling. There is now a Web you can integrate into a high-level workflow so when a new lead comes in, it is immediately called by the AI callers. From there, your caller may qualify your lead and ask questions and save them to custom fields just like the bots do. At the end it can either set an appointment or do a live transfer to a number you designate. another amazing aspect of this is there are close to 100 voices now and all of them sound real. I do realize some of you have not had access to this and may not now. The reason is because it is so quirky that they do not want to roll it out to everyone while there are still problems to be solved. I do appreciate everybody who has hung in there with us as we roll out these features. we are so close to being the best platform on the market. Just a few more tweaks, and this is going to be something you can resell for high ticket very easily and consistently.

This bot will qualify a new REI lead, summarize the conversation, and Chat GPT will decide what kind of a lead it is - bad lead, flip/wholesale lead, or traditional listing. Some of you may have heard about Chat GPT 4.00 Mini. It is basically 4.0o without the need for in depth features that most of us will not be using anyway. It is also similar to the cost of GPT 3.5 which is MUCH less than 4 Turbo or 4o. HOWEVER... I tested it and it's not working with Consolidata for setting appointments yet. When you try to set an appointment with 4o Mini it does this: "It looks like the 2:30 PM slot is no longer available. Would you like to choose between 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM instead?" For now I recommend using 4.0o and not using mini until we know it will work consistently.
